About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead and coordinate our installation operations in the Toms River area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong construction background who can manage teams, ensure quality work, and deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and schedule all bath and shower installations
- Lead installation crews and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Review customer contracts and coordinate product orders
- Manage inventory, materials, and vendor relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after installations
- Support crews with on-site issues and service calls
- Handle permits, documentation, and CRM updates
- Maintain accurate records (timesheets, receipts, job completion)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction or installation
- Experience with acrylic bath systems preferred
- Plumbing knowledge strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to quality and customer service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
