About the role
We're looking for a dependable Installation Helper to join our growing installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in construction, mechanical work, fabrication, or general labor who want to build a long-term career in the elevator industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist our installation team with elevator assembly, installation, and repair projects.
- Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Measure and prepare materials accurately according to project specifications.
- Safely use hand and power tools during installation projects.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep projects on schedule.
- Travel to project sites throughout Florida as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
Requirements
- A dependable individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and learning new skills.
- Flexibility to travel throughout Florida based on project needs.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical work.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate measurements.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Experience in construction, installation, fabrication, warehouse, manufacturing, or mechanical work is preferred.
- Elevator industry experience is a plus—but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
