The Opportunity
You will serve as a vital field leader driving the execution of commercial interior finish and supply projects. This role gives you the autonomy to direct job sites, mentor crew members, and build a lasting leadership career within a fast-growing company.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Direct daily field operations and supervise installation crews to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
- Interpret architectural plans, project specifications, and layouts to ensure installation accuracy.
- Coordinate material staged on-site and schedule daily labor tasks to meet strict project milestones.
- Maintain clear communication with General Contractors, field superintendents, and internal project managers.
- Enforce strict job site safety standards and conduct regular tool-box safety talks.
- Identify and resolve real-time site conflicts or layout issues to prevent project delays.
- Mentor trade assistants and installers to foster skill development and internal career growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of supervisory or foreman experience in commercial construction.
- Strong background working with commercial interior finishes, carpentry, glass, or specialty products.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, layout job sites, and manage crew productivity.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between field assignments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in active job site environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
- Experience operating job site equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and material handlers.
- Demonstrated history of supervising projects involving commercial window coverings, glass, or millwork.
