Installation Deployment Support Operations Planner and Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with thought leaders in multinational, Joint, Army, and commercial agencies through the Joint Logistics Enterprise on projects for unit movement operations.
• Plan, organize, and supervise the preparation and execution of unit movement and distribution operations.
• Work with commanders in planning and conducting unit movement operations and operational maneuver.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with U.S. Army operational or sustainment planning and executing of Mobilization Operations, Deployments Operations, Sustainment Operations, Redeployment Operations, Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations, Deployment Exercise rotations, Joint Event Lifecycle (JELC) exercises, or Joint Logistic Over-The-Shore (JLOTS).
• Experience with the integration of ATP 3-35 and ATP 5-2-1 Appendix J into Unit Movement planning.
• Knowledge of Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES).
• Knowledge of the Army Message Handling System (AMHS).

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or GED.

Skills

• Transportation and mobility expertise.
• Experience with ATP 3-35 and ATP 5-2-1 Appendix J.
• Experience with JOPES and AMHS.
• Experience with former U.S. Army Deployment Support Team (DST).
• Experience in the PACOM Area of Operations (AOR).
• Graduate of the Unit Movement Officer Deployment Planning Course.
• Graduate of TC-AIMS II course.
• Hazardous Material Certification Course.
• Air Deployment Planning Course.
• Military Education level IV Course.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
