Installation Coordinator Install - Indirect

About the role

Under moderate supervision, you will coordinate the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. You will keep management informed about delivery issues, material shortages, backorders, and customer complaints. The role involves coordinating the delivery and installation of products and materials at customer sites, ensuring customer complaints are handled promptly, obtaining building permits, and managing local permit inspections and sign-offs. Additionally, you will track warranty accounts, handle claims, and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Degree (GED).
• One (1) year of assembly or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
