About The Opportunity
Loyal Source is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Installation Coordinator to join a growing security integration team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the installation department by coordinating projects, managing installation schedules, maintaining communication with customers, and ensuring technicians have the resources needed to successfully complete projects.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Installation Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role within the electronic security, low voltage, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, fire alarm, or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate installation backlog and pending projects
- Contact customers to schedule and confirm installation appointments
- Coordinate technician schedules and project timelines
- Order and track materials, equipment, and parts required for installation projects
- Create, process, and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Support the Installation Manager with day-to-day operational activities
- Monitor project status and ensure deadlines are met
- Follow up promptly on customer, vendor, and internal emails
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide project updates
- Support billing, accounts receivable, and administrative functions as needed
- Work closely with technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure projects comply with applicable local permitting requirements and regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Installation Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience within the security integration industry preferred, including:
- Access Control
- CCTV / Video Surveillance
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Electronic Security Systems
- Candidates from related low voltage industries will also be considered
- Knowledge of local permitting requirements and codes
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Experience managing purchase orders and material procurement
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay
$22 / hour
