Job Description
The Installer Development Program at Closets By Design offers high entry-level pay, a great health insurance plan, a retirement plan with company matching, paid holidays & vacation time, and a sign-on bonus. Installers start at $16.00/hour and can expect to earn $17.50 per hour or more within 9 to 12 months, with raises every 2 to 3 months during the first year.
