Apprentice Installer

The Opportunity

American Vision Baths is hiring a Bath Apprentice Installer to join our residential remodeling team. This is a hands-on field role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the trades while learning from experienced Lead Installers.

Project Scope

Most work is local and crews return home nightly. Occasional overnight work may happen with advance notice, hotel accommodations, company vehicle travel, and per diem.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year of hands-on trade, construction, labor, maintenance, or related field experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools, measuring, and safe jobsite practices
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. individually and assist with heavier team lifts
• Comfortable with physical work, including bending, carrying, climbing, and working in tight spaces
• Comfortable working in residential customer homes
• Reliable transportation to the Simi Valley shop
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to take direction
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in residential remodeling, bath installation, windows, siding, roofing, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, or general construction
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, PPE, ladders, and jobsite safety
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

• Competitive hourly pay: $20–$22+ per hour, depending on experience
