Lex Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Install Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team in the DFW area.
About the role
In this field-based role, you’ll install, start up, and commission residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, line sets, and controls. You’ll work in a family-owned, team-focused environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and integrity, with ongoing training, certification support, and clear paths to lead tech, project management, or sales roles. Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install ductwork, line sets, and controls
- Start up and commission HVAC systems
