Install Technician
About the role
Solenis is seeking a skilled individual to join our team. This position involves managing daily service activity at multiple sites, maintaining relationships with sales teams, and performing equipment installations.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of personal safety, including compliance with Solenis policies on environmental, health, and safety.
- Manage daily service activity workload at multiple sites.
- Maintain productive relationships with Solenis sales teams.
- Communicate effectively, politely, and respond to customer needs to maintain good customer relationships.
- Ensure the safe handling and protection of company assets, including plant, fleet, equipment, and tools.
- Install Solenis-owned Pulp & Paper and industrial water treatment equipment, including PID controlled multi-pump systems, ASA size emulsifiers, Spectrum XD3899 feed systems, Generox chlorine dioxide generators, Sonoxide OnGuard branded devices, dry and emulsion polymer feed systems.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with further education in electrical, mechanical, or laboratory focus preferred.
- Technical experience in the pulp and paper industry.
- Expertise or skills in electrical, mechanical, and laboratory functions.
- Solid mechanical and plumbing aptitude and skills.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing, lab testing, maintenance, and/or electrical experience preferred.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is between $58,030.00 and $85,107.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
