About the Role

As a Project Coordinator at Erie Home, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution—overseeing everything from materials management to subcontractor coordination, all while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. Pay

Earn over $65,000 annually with a base salary of $50,000–$58,000 plus monthly and quarterly bonuses. Weekly pay and production-based bonuses are also available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential roofing projects—from initial planning to final implementation
• Ensure a smooth customer experience by managing communication and expectations throughout the installation process
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor crews to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency
• Order and deliver materials to job sites to keep projects on track and avoid delays
• Maintain project documentation, tracking progress, budgets, and job completion details

Requirements

• Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role
• Hands-on residential roofing experience (required)
• Experience supervising on-site construction personnel
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or a strong safety mindset)
• Willingness to become forklift certified
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
• Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software (helpful)

Schedule

Typical work hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility required during peak seasons or periods of increased workload.
