Install Crew - Construction/Installations ( HOUSTON, TX AREA)

About the role

SPATCO Energy Solutions has been an industry leader in providing energy solutions since 1935. We build fueling and charging stations in retail, commercial, industrial and government sectors, and provide construction, service, equipment, parts, expertise and support to meet customers’ fueling & charging needs. In this role you will work on ground‑up construction projects installing piping, tanks and electrical/mechanical systems at service stations, commercial sites, marinas, airports and similar locations, with classroom and on‑the‑job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites (may require overnight travel)
• Operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment
• Work with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure deadlines are met
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Ensure safe housekeeping practices, including job cleanup at the end of each day

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Construction experience (a plus)
• Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity (preferred)
• Installer certifications in the product line (a plus)
• Heavy equipment operation experience (a plus)
• Reliable, detail‑oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs
• Ability to work outside during all types of weather
• Ability to work with others to ensure deadlines are met
