  • Your peers describe you as handy, reliable, and trustworthy
  • You move fast, stay busy, and tackle any task—big or small
  • You’re self-motivated and enjoy working autonomously
  • You have experience in similar industries (e.g., windows & doors, flooring, carpentry, kitchen installation, furniture/fixtures/bike assembly)

You Shouldn’t Apply If

  • You prefer working without customer interaction
  • You think manual labor isn’t for you
  • You’re not comfortable working in hot or cold weather
  • You’re unlikely to apply what you learn in training with enthusiasm

  • Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods
  • Physically able to lift 75 lbs and lift garage door panels above head
  • Able to stand on a ladder
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools (power drill, hammer, saw, etc.)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (THC not included) and criminal background check
  • Basic software knowledge (navigation apps, Google, tablets, computers)
  • Reading skills and basic math (measurements, payments) required (GED/HS diploma not required)
  • Professional and approachable appearance
  • Current eligibility to work legally in the United States
