Inspector Spec

Basic Qualifications

• A strong background in the manufacturing of Cables Inspection.
• A strong background in solder and conformal coating inspection experience.
• A strong background in the manufacturing of printed circuits and circuit card assemblies.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of both solder and conformal coating applications and acceptance IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
• Knowledge with soldered, crimp, and mechanical inspection using IPC-A-620.
• Detail-oriented and proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents and work instructions.

The inspector will be interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions for cables and harnesses.

The inspector will be interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions for cables and harnesses.

POSITION

1st Shift Inspector that's able to inspect cables, subassemblies (all sizes), printed circuits, circuit card assemblies, cabinets, etc.

Desired Skills

• Proficient with Personal Computers,
• Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Solumina, and EPDM.
• Ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas as needed.
