Responsibilities

• Ensure finished parts meet strict aerospace quality and dimensional standards
• Support first article and final inspection activities
• Work onsite on first shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality stakeholders to release product to customers
• Support special process witness requirements
• Independently perform delegated inspection and product release for applicable customers
• Support special process witness and sign-off requirements
• Achieve and maintain full Delegated Quality Representative (DQR) status

Requirements

• 3+ years of related aerospace inspection experience or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5; familiarity with AS9100 and AS9102 standards
• Experience with interpreting complex drawings and electronic/hydraulic schematics
• Experience with quality and MES systems (examples: Net-Inspect, Solumina)
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively as a participative team member
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
