Inspector Packer - Rotating 1st & 2nd shift

While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for inspecting and packaging all finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Use basic knowledge and behavioral observation skills to identify safety concerns.
• Detect visual and physical defects in finished products before packaging.
• Maintain production data (scrap cause records, work order detail).
• Perform lifting, walking, stooping, bending, and leg and arm movement.
• Alert technicians to quality or machine issues.
• Use manual pallet jacks to move materials occasionally.
• Be a self-motivated individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced production setting.
• Maintain cleanliness of the area and follow good housekeeping procedures.
• Perform all duties in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of safety and quality.
• Work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention.
• Flexibility to cover overtime and weekend work when necessary.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• History of excellent attendance as this is crucial for the team to achieve success.
• Ability to work with various teams.
• Proven record of success in fast-paced environments.
• Pride in hands-on and analytical abilities, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
