About the role

Join the Team at Dart’s New Center of Excellence! Earn up to $4,000 in stay bonuses during your first year and help launch Dart’s new paper manufacturing facility in Leola, PA. We’re hiring Inspector Packers to support production and ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products and verify package counts
• Assemble and tape boxes for shipping
• Perform routine quality checks throughout production
• Safely start and stop machinery following standard procedures

Requirements

• Ability to meet safety and quality standards
• Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Six (6) months of experience in inspecting, packaging, or quality checking preferred

Qualifications

• Prefer structured, repetitive work
• Like working fewer days with longer hours
• Take pride in accuracy and consistency
• Are comfortable working 12-hour shifts on your feet
• Show up reliably and on time every shift

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Stand and move throughout a 12-hour shift
• Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Lift, move, push, or pull materials regularly
• Steel-toed shoes required

Schedule

This role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts that require prolonged periods of standing and active movement. Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred. Available shifts include:

• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium)
• 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
