Inspector/Packer I - Alltrista Springfield

Primary Function

The Inspector/Packer I is responsible for conducting visual inspection of product for quality defects, manually transferring finished product into packaging, and preparing packaged product for shipment.

Skills And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect products accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to work 12-hr shifts

• Day & Night Shift Available ($17.25/hr.) ($1.50/hr night shift differential)
• Split Shift 3-2-3 schedule (8am-815pm or 8pm-815am)
