Inspector - Level 2
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of aerospace components and assemblies to detect defects and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Use precision measuring instruments and inspection tools to verify product dimensions and characteristics.
- Document inspection results accurately and communicate findings to relevant teams for corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inspection and quality control within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with quality documentation and reporting procedures.

This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of aerospace products through detailed inspection and testing processes. The position reports directly to the Supervisor and works out of the Urbana, OH location on an On-site work schedule.
