About The Opportunity: The Inspector III role is to perform all required inspections in the manufacturing of precision machined components. Location: Manchester, CT. This role will be onsite 100% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Inspection & Quality Assurance: Conduct in-process and detailed inspections of engine parts using precision measurement tools. Review specifications and blueprints to ensure compliance with aerospace standards. Identify and disposition non-conforming parts. Inspect products using various inspection gages, scales, and visual inspection prior to product shipment. Perform floor or machine inspection on such machines as vertical boring mills, radial drills, laser machines, water jet and lathes. Examine material or product for surface defects such as cracks, pits, and other surface irregularities. Verifies dimensional
