Job Requirements

  • Follow all company policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Utilize precision inspection equipment to qualify/verify product
  • Understand the importance of Good Documentation Practices, complete Quality records accurately and legibly and file appropriately
  • Be familiar with, and utilize, the organization’s ERP system (i.e., SAP)
  • Perform First Article Inspections
  • Evaluate nonconforming material to provide input regarding condition
  • Perform data entry to support monitoring of quality/performance trends
  • Perform documentation review and dimension, assembly, and color sequence verification on assembled materials
  • Perform product inspections on the production floor
  • Absorb and assist in programming inspection equipment as required
  • Use verbal and written communication to exchange information required to complete essential duties and responsibilities
  • Work with a cross-functional team to process inspection requests in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Certain applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or refugees due to ITAR/EAR regulations

Skills

  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to read and interpret prints and customer requirements
  • Experience with product inspection
  • Proficient with standard dimensional gages-caliper, micrometer, drop Indicator, comparator
  • Proficient with Vision Systems, Digital Optical Comparator, microscopes, and other advanced measurement test equipment
  • Proven effective contributor in a team environment
  • Quality mindset
