Inspector Final QA

About the role

Inspecting in-process components and final product, checking for manufacturing defects and correct components to determine which products will pass inspection, inspecting reworked product to determine if designated rework was completed properly, rejecting and segregating nonconforming product, confirming product labeling and final package contents prior to final booking.

• Performing conformal inspection prior to assembly and maintaining records of rejected conformals and causes for trending and continuous improvement.
• Performing inspection of finished product for release.
• Ensuring rejections are properly recorded for adequate trending and continuous improvement.
• Performing inspection of returned product.
• Assist with complaint investigations of returned products.
• Conduct bubble testing of products during defect investigations.
• Conduct other inspection activities as required through the facility.
• Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
• Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred, 1+ related experience required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, reaching.
• Prolonged focus on product for inspection.
• Pushing/Pulling carts.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds.

Pay

The expected pay range for this role is $17.50 – $19.50 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm (overtime may be required based on business needs).
