About the role
Ensures that received or produced products meet technical specifications. Works under moderate supervision.
Responsibilities
- Verifies the final quality of products on the production line.
- Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment, and products with technical specifications to identify defects.
- Segregates products that do not meet the desired technical specifications using basic and/or complex measurement techniques and equipment.
- Documents non-conforming products using specified systems.
- Trains others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming products, and documentation.
- Follows company-defined quality standards and norms.

- Quality Process Management – Competently applies quality tools and methods (e.g., Advanced Product Quality Planning [APQP], Failure Mode and Effects Analysis [FMEA], Production Part Approval Process [PPAP], Statistical Process Control [SPC], capability studies, process audits, inspection, testing, etc.) to ensure the quality of products, processes, and services.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification, or experience that meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing to comply with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge gained through training or on-the-job experience.
