About the Role
As an Inspector at Valco Industries, you will play a crucial role in our quality assurance process by meticulously inspecting precision machined products at different production stages. Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you complete documentation forms for each product inspected, ensuring that all quality standards are met. By following established procedures for product inspection and maintaining a tidy work area, you will contribute to our commitment to excellence and safety.
Responsibilities
- Inspect precision machined products at various production stages.
- Complete documentation forms for each inspected product to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements
- Good eye acuity for accurate inspection of precision machined products.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for documenting inspection results and collaborating with team members.
- Good math and reading skills to interpret technical specifications.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Experience with inspection instruments and equipment (e.g., thread gauge, micrometer, plug gauge).
- Ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Frequent grasping and finger dexterity.
- Bending and twisting of wrist and hands.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
