Inspector
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track project schedule and budget
- Interface with clients/agencies and contractors
- Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings
- Track work progress through daily field reports and photographs
Qualifications
- Experience working on projects for Amtrak, NJ Transit or transportation a plus
- ACI and OSHA certifications are preferred
- Working around rail projects experience required
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures
- Able to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations
- Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Collaborating with multiple team members
- Physical ability and coordination to safely maneuver around construction sites
- Flexible in working days, nights, or weekends
- Lives in NJ
- 5 years + experience

Pay
Minimum: $90,000
Maximum: $150,000
The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate’s qualifications and location.
Schedule
The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
