We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info.
We need to parse the job description.
Key sections:
- About the role: maybe from "Job Description" intro? The description includes: "We are looking for a Licensed Sprinkler Inspector with a Utah State Level II Sprinkler License and certifications in backflow testing and repair. The ideal candidate will have experience performing fire sprinkler inspections, testing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and safety standards." That's about the role.
- Responsibilities: "Essential Job Duties" list.
- Qualifications: includes Education, Training, Certifications; Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements; Communication Skills; Systems And Software Skills; Other Qualifications; Physical & Work Environment Requirements.
- Skills: maybe combine communication, systems, etc. But we can have separate sections: Qualifications, Skills. However we must avoid thin sections. Could combine qualifications and skills? But rules: use headings for those categories if content exists. We'll include Qualifications (education, certifications, experience) and Skills (communication, systems, other). Also Benefits section present.
- Pay and Schedule: not mentioned. So omit.
- About Us: could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description. Could be considered "About the role"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So "About the role" likely corresponds to introductory description about the job. "About Us" is company info; maybe not needed. Could treat as "About the role" includes both job summary and company? But better to keep "About the role" as the job summary/intro. The "About Us" could be omitted as not required heading; but we could include as part of "About the role"? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include "About the role" with the job summary paragraph. The "About Us" could be omitted or maybe included under "About the role"? Might be okay to include as part of that section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those paragraphs.
We must preserve all substantive information: license, certifications, duties, qualifications, experience, skills, physical requirements, benefits, core values maybe? Core values maybe not required heading; could be omitted as not under headings. But we could include under "About the role"? Probably not needed.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.

for prose, but we could also include
- for core values if we want. However core values are not under a specific heading; we could embed them in a paragraph.
Simplify: After the job summary paragraph, add a
