We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No Pay or Schedule unless present. The posting includes Benefits section. It also includes About Us (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company; we could map to "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which headings to use based on content. We have: - Job Summary: description of inspector duties. Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The "Essential Job Duties" list is responsibilities. - Qualifications: includes Education, Training, Certifications, Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements, Communication Skills, Systems And Software Skills, Other Qualifications, Physical & Work Environment Requirements. - Benefits: list. - About Us: company description. We should not repeat job title. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. Also remove "We are fully committed to equal opportunities..." etc. Also remove "While this job description is intended..." etc. Also remove "Summit Fire & Security participates in E-Verify..." etc. Also remove "Our Core Values PIPE" maybe keep? It's substantive? Might be considered boilerplate but it's values; could keep as part of About Us? Probably keep as part of About Us? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Core values maybe not boilerplate but could be considered part of About Us. We'll keep it as part of About Us. We must not create Pay/Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. No pay or schedule info given, so omit those sections. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Thus sections: About the role (maybe from Job Summary?), Responsibilities (Essential Job Duties), Qualifications (Education, Training, Certifications, Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements, Communication Skills, Systems And Software Skills, Other Qualifications, Physical & Work Environment Requirements), Benefits, About Us (maybe "About the role"? Actually About Us is company info). Could also have "About the role" as a brief summary; but we already have Responsibilities. The instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We can include both About the role and Responsibilities if content distinct. Job Summary: "Inspectors are responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and backflows with minimal supervision." That's a brief summary. Could be About the role. Essential Job Duties list: responsibilities. Thus we will have:

    About the role

Inspectors are responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and backflows with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    • Inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems in accordance with NFPA codes with working knowledge of sprinkler controls, alarm panels, devices and critical components.
    • Record and report deficiencies of fire protection systems to SFS and Customers.
    • Communicate with internal and external customers as well as offsite monitoring companies in a professional manner.
    • Proper use and operation of tools required to complete the inspection (heat and smoke detector kit, backflow kit, pump equipment)
    • Plan, coordinate, and complete inspections as scheduled in a timely manner.
    • Required to be in an on-call status as required by location to handle emergency service and inspection requests
    • Ensure company provided vehicle is clean and well maintained as required by company policies.
    • Ensure that all assigned tools are safeguarded and maintained.
    • Understand and follow SFS’s Safety program, SDS book, Hazardous communication program, policies and procedures.
    • Participate in weekly Toolbox talks.
    • Inspectors must know where all related safety documentation is at all times on each project.
    • Attend seminars from time to time to stay abreast of changing technology, installation and testing approaches.
    • Train inspector trainees in all applicable aspects of fire protection.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    Qualifications

We need to break down into sub-sections? The instruction says use

for section headings; we can have one Qualifications heading and inside use

    and

    • for lists. But we have multiple subcategories: Education, Training, Certifications; Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements; Communication Skills; Systems And Software Skills; Other Qualifications; Physical & Work Environment Requirements. We could either keep as paragraphs with bold headings? But we cannot invent new headings beyond the allowed list? The instruction only says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to follow the pattern we likely should keep only those headings. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can embed the subcategories as

with bold text? But we cannot use markdown; we can use inside

. That's acceptable. Thus under Qualifications we can have paragraphs for each subcategory, with lists where appropriate. Education, Training, Certifications: "HS Diploma or equivalent, required.NICET and/or state required certification required based on location, preferred." We'll put as

Education, Training, Certifications: HS Diploma or equivalent, required. NICET and/or state required certification required based on location, preferred.

Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements: "3-5 years’ experience inspecting fire protection systems required. 5+ years’ experience preferred. Must be able to work alone and as part of a team. Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, problem solving skills, customer service skills, decision making skills, ability to multitask, ability to meet project schedules, ability to plan and organize, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train other is required." We'll put as paragraph. Communication Skills: "Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers." Systems And Software Skills: "Ability to operate a computer, tablet and read electronic blueprints required. Experience with SalesForce and Microsoft Office is preferred." Other Qualifications: "Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required. Must be able to comply with SFS’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement" Physical & Work Environment Requirements: includes Reasonable accommodations statement, Physical Requirements, Work Environment. We'll need to preserve all. We'll format Physical Requirements as list maybe. Physical Requirements: "While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, ascend and descend step stools, ladders and stairs, kneel, lift 50lbs, sit, stoop, twist, and work at heights." Work Environment: "Frequent local travel and occasional regional and non-regional travel is required. Employee will frequently be required to work inside and outside in hot/cold temperatures and be exposed to loud noises, cramped quarters, dust, fumes and odors, standing on hard surfaces, and electrical hazards frequently. Employees will occasionally be exposed to chemicals, moving machinery, uneven and slippery surfaces. Employee must consistently wear all appropriate personal protective equipment, as required by company safety policies." Reasonable accommodations: "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform Essential Job Duties." We'll combine. Now Benefits section: list. We have Benefits: "Summit Fire & Security offers extensive training opportunities, career advancement, competitive pay, bonus opportunities, along with an industry leading and affordable benefits package for eligible employees. Our benefits package includes: Paid Vacation and HolidaysMedical InsuranceDentalInsuranceVision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Company Match Flexible Spending AccountsLong-Term Disability – Employer PaidShort-Term Disability – Employer PaidAdditional Voluntary Ancillary Benefits such as Accident and Hospital Indemnity Life Insurance for Team Members and DependentsEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral Program" We need to split into list items. The text has no spaces between some items; we need to parse: "Paid Vacation and HolidaysMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Company Match Flexible Spending AccountsLong-Term Disability – Employer PaidShort-Term Disability – Employer PaidAdditional Voluntary Ancillary Benefits such as Accident and Hospital Indemnity Life Insurance for Team Members and DependentsEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral Program" We'll add spaces: Paid Vacation and Holidays, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k) Plan with Company Match, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long-Term Disability – Employer Paid, Short-Term Disability – Employer Paid, Additional Voluntary Ancillary Benefits such as Accident and Hospital Indemnity Life Insurance for Team Members and Dependents, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Referral Program. Also earlier sentence: "Summit Fire & Security offers extensive training opportunities, career advancement, competitive pay, bonus opportunities, along with an industry leading and affordable benefits package for eligible employees." That's prose; we can include as

before list. Now About Us section: we can map to "About the role"? Actually we already have About the role. The company description could be under "About Us" but not in allowed headings list; but we could use "About the role" for company? Might be confusing. Perhaps we can omit About Us or incorporate into About the role? The instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we could include a section "About the company" but not listed. However they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings like "About the company". But to be safe, we could put the company description under "About the role" as well? That might mix. Better to add a section "About the company" with

      About the company

. It's not prohibited. We'll include About the company summarizing the "About Us" paragraph. We must remove EEO boilerplate etc. The About Us includes many sentences about company, growth, etc. We'll keep all substantive. We need to remove duplicated lines: there are repeated EEO statements at end; we'll remove those. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft. We'll start with

      About the role

      ...

      Then

      Responsibilities

        ...
      Then

      Qualifications

then sub-paragraphs. We'll need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "We are fully committed to equal opportunities..." etc. Remove those. Also remove "While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection..." etc. Also remove "Summit Fire & Security participates in E
