Inspector
About the role
The role of an Inspector at Pursuit Aerospace involves working in a high-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with the production team and fellow inspectors to ensure that the products being manufactured meet all customer needs and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Submit production and inspection data into customer-specific databases.
- Maintain and update quality records within the 1Factory Quality Management System.
- Verify all required inspection documentation has been completed.
- Perform multiple documentation over-checks using internal quality logs.
- Track submission status and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
- Ensure all required approvals have been obtained before product release.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multi-tasking abilities, adept to managing frequent shifts in priorities.
- Organized, follows direction, and adheres to company quality standards.
- Experience using inspection methods (height gage, optical comparator, pi tapes, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
- Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
