Inspector

Increase the inspector headcount to meet production needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer specifications, industry recommended practices, and company procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform all assignments, duties and tasks in a safe manner while following standard operating procedures.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality.
• Set up and calibrate equipment according to work order.
• Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information to the appropriate Supervisor/Manager to ensure effective and safe operations.
• Perform quality checks throughout production runs.
• Inform the Supervisor/Manager or designee of any interruptions or irregularities in the production line.
• Follow all Company HSE and QMS policies and procedures and report any violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Accurately create and maintain inspection and production reports as required.
• Perform other various job duties as required by the Supervisor/Manager or their designee.

Qualifications

• Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions, and be a team player.
• Self‑motivated towards productivity improvements, quality, and safety awareness.
• Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and some holidays as needed.
• Flexible and able to accept and respond to multi‑task assignments quickly, readily, and safely.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.
