Graphic Packaging International is a global manufacturer of paperboard and paper-based packaging. This position is based in Marion, OH.

About the Role

This role involves inspecting and packing materials into cartons or bags under the supervision of operators. It offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the machine before shift start.
• Inspect cartons and pack them into a box or bag.
• Notify the operator/Supervisor of non-conforming products.
• Maintain the outfeed area during machine downtime.
• Reclaim waste material as needed.
• Participate in daily cleaning tasks.
• Pick up and organize bags.
• Check for excess glue and inspect material.

Requirements

• No high school diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to learn new things.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Starting wage range: $19.75 - $21.50 per hour.
• Night shift differential of $1.50 per hour.

Pay

Starting wages begin at $19.75/hr with the potential to increase to $21.50/hr. Night shift workers receive a $1.50/hr differential.

Schedule

Shifts are available both day and night.
