Inspector

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Section Head.
• Perform part inspections at respective site as per drawing and control plan.
• Ensure all documentation relating to inspection are correctly filled.
• Approve and check the 1st piece and last piece for Production to run the order.
• Identify and segregate parts rejected found at respective site with rejection sticker.
• Ensure all rejected parts found are kept in red bin.
• Immediately feedback on occurrence of non-conformance at Production to Section Head.
• Ensure that all QA test equipment used are kept in order.
• Generate important reports such as Daily IPOA rejection summary, Issuance of CAR, Weekly IPQA Report, or any other report requested by the Management accordingly.
• Stop production to correct any Quality problem.
• Ensure that 5S and filling are practiced and followed.
• Carry out any other job assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
