Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Section Head.
- Perform part inspections at respective site as per drawing and control plan.
- Ensure all documentation relating to inspection are correctly filled.
- Approve and check the 1st piece and last piece for Production to run the order.
- Identify and segregate parts rejected found at respective site with rejection sticker.
- Ensure all rejected parts found are kept in red bin.
- Immediately feedback on occurrence of non-conformance at Production to Section Head.
- Ensure that all QA test equipment used are kept in order.
- Generate important reports such as Daily IPOA rejection summary, Issuance of CAR, Weekly IPQA Report, or any other report requested by the Management accordingly.
- Stop production to correct any Quality problem.
- Ensure that 5S and filling are practiced and followed.
- Carry out any other job assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
