Job Responsibilities
- Fire Sprinkler: Perform inspections, document findings, and maintain licenses.
- Fire Alarm: Perform inspections, document findings, and obtain additional licenses.
- Extinguisher/Hood/Special Hazard: Perform inspections, document findings, and obtain additional licenses.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- NICET Level for trade and applicable/current TX Dept of Insurance license
- Strong understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and procedures used in the installation process, plus working knowledge of NFPA standards
- Current and clear TX DL and clean driving record
- Valid state driver's license and good driving record
- Able to work effectively in a team environment; ability to accurately work under pressure in meeting scheduled time frames
- Able to work independently and complete duties and projects with moderate supervision
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work overtime, out of town, or on-call as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in Fire Sprinkler Inspection
- Minimum 3 years experience in Fire Alarm Inspection
- Minimum 2 years experience in Fire Extinguisher/Hood Suppression Inspection
- Minimum 5 years experience in Fire Extinguisher/Hood Suppression Inspection with FAL license
