Key Duties
- Capture device damage via web camera
- Research and verify collection items
- Identify and escalate potential risks or exposures
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of administrative disciplines and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift 10-25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
