Inspector - 2nd Shift

About the Role

The Inspector is responsible for collecting, testing, and verifying special customer requests to ensure all requirements are met, while maintaining the integrity of special project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process devices promptly
• Fulfill collection requirements and assist with customer follow-ups
• Maintain communication with the management team
• Document device damage via web camera per client criteria
• Research and verify items to meet collection criteria
• Identify and disqualify damaged returned devices
• Highlight and escalate potential issues to management
• Support supervisor and management with follow-up tasks

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to lift 10-25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and integrity
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently
