Responsibilities
- Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Visually inspects surfaces (cases and lids), using prescribed procedures and working knowledge of product.
- Reports scrap and finished goods quantities to Production Lead or Supervisor.
- Utilizes microscopes for verification of defects to ensure compliance with visual requirements of the finished product.
- Performs rework operations as required.
- Aware of the quality criteria unique to each customer’s requirements to inspect the parts accordingly.
- Solves routine problems according to written procedures. Evaluates and selects solution from established options.
- Provides support for operation floor teams in product acceptability.
- Assists in the training of new inspectors.
- Ensures discrepant material has been properly dispositioned prior to shipment.
- Follows packaging instructions and packs products as directed.
- Monitors material flow and completes KANBAN tags and scrap reports.
- Performs other functions as required.

Pay
Pay Range: $20.63 - $30.25 per hour.
Compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting a pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable.
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm.
