Inspector 1 (3rd Shift) 11pm-730am
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inspector to join our production team in Geneva, IL. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding product requirements and translating them into clear specifications for production.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and co-workers in a ‘customer-friendly’ manner
- Receive and inspect customer product for processing
- Establish product process sequence
- Inspect finished product
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Learn new skills and cross-train into various departments
- Act as member of the monthly ‘Quality Council’
- Be cross-trained in other areas of production
- Repackage items and ensure accurate shipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient ordering supplies via the Internet
- Experience with MS Word and Internet Explorer
- Strong work ethic, high-energy, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift 44 lbs

Pay
$19.00 to $24.00 per hour. Some positions may also offer eligibility to participate in a discretionary incentive program. Final salary will be based on factors including internal equity, job location, work experience, education, training, and certifications.
