Inspection Service Technician
About the role
The role involves inspecting vehicles for defects and ensuring they meet safety standards. This includes performing visual inspections, using diagnostic tools, and documenting findings.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues
- Use diagnostic equipment to test vehicle systems
- Document findings and report to management
- Communicate with customers regarding inspection results
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience in automotive maintenance or inspection
- Experience with diagnostic tools and software
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
$20-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
