Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work with various teams, shifts, and products; willingness to be cross-trained.
- Detail-oriented with basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division of fractions).
- Strong sense of pride in work quality; proactive in identifying and reporting issues.
- Ability to work well both independently and with others.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance; some overhead lifting required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to distinguish colors; correctable eyesight to 20/20 within 10 feet.
