About the Role

Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Installer to support the responsibilities of Insomniac’s Visual Communications team. This position reports to the Project Manager. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for frame construction, signage installation, temporary power and lighting setup, and fence scrim installation at festival sites.
• Reports to Team Lead.
• Works with urgency and precision.

Requirements

• OSHA 10 is required.
• Comfortability with power tools and working with 8-foot ladders.
• Being a team player, possess a positive attitude, able to learn quickly and take direction.
• Heavy machinery certification is a plus but not required. Staff must have a copy of their card (digital or physical) when operating.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lb.

Work Environment

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments.
• Must be open to work in extreme weather conditions and willing to work long hours on your feet.
• Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines.

Pay

Hiring hourly range: $18.00–$28.00 USD. The compensation information provided is a good-faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Nevada or perform the position from Nevada. Similar positions located outside of Nevada will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Insomniac takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
