About the Role
The Visual Communications Warehouse Crew is responsible for preparing festival signage and event materials by organizing inventory, auditing items, and packing show kits to ensure all materials are ready for delivery to events. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for warehouse requests while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills
- Organize, audit and photograph inventory by project manager deadlines
- Responsible for tools and equipment, check for any repairs needed and report to the Project Manager
- Identify supply needs and communicate recommendations for replenishment
- Demonstrate self-starter qualities, working as a team and having extreme attention to detail
- Ensure that production is running smoothly for simultaneous shows alongside each responsible Project Manager
- Review pull sheets to identify and prepare items needed and follow appropriate quality checks, repairs, and labeling
- Load materials into outgoing vehicles while following the freight & logistics schedules and best practices
- Must be able to multitask and be proactive in high volume and fast paced setting
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 1+ years warehouse operation and inventory experience
- Must be proficient in Google Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced with operating power tools
- Ability to multitask
- Active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
- Excellent communication skills
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred
Work Environment
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- May work in drastic temperature climates
- Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
