Insomniac - Nocturnal Wonderland 2026 Seasonal VIP Squad

About the role

Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated self-starter who combines a passion for dance music with a love for event operations. The VIP Activations team member will engage with Headliners and support a diverse set of festival activations, from arts & crafts to food and beverage stations, scavenger hunts, and charitable giveaways.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all VIP activations and offerings; communicate enthusiastically and informatively about them
• Provide general festival information (e.g., show hours, stage names, major performing artists, locations of medic tents, ATMs, water stations)
• Assist in set-up of the VIP area before doors open and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the festival
• Adapt creatively and flexibly to diverse tasks; energize Headliners about activations

Qualifications

• Large-scale event experience with attendance exceeding 5,000
• Proactive and creative thinker; strong problem-solving and ability to “think on your feet”
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed
• Personable, enthusiastic, and able to collaborate effectively in group environments

Work environment

• Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
• Willingness to work in extreme temperature climates
• Availability to travel frequently to events during holidays, evenings, and weekends as required
