Responsibilities

• Complete training on the Front Gate box office system to assist patrons with ticketing inquiries and issues.
• Verify customer information (name, email, credit card) to accurately process will-call ticket orders.
• Resolve scanning issues at the gate promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and credit card transactions using the Front Gate POS system.
• Contact supervisor for unresolved questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and a professional, upbeat demeanor in a high-energy environment.
• Provide accurate event information and answer attendee questions with initiative and respect.
• Understand and follow evacuation procedures and safe refuge locations.
• Report to Box Office Management as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse individuals, including de-escalating challenging situations.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Work Environment

• Ability to tolerate loud noise and high-volume environments.
• Willingness to work in extreme temperature conditions.
• Availability to travel frequently to event locations, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, as required.
