About the Role

The Box Office Attendant will be responsible for providing high-level customer service related to ticketing at the box office or ticket resolution areas. Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in a training session for the Front Gate box office system
• Quickly and efficiently identifying and distributing tickets to patrons
• Resolving scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner
• Administering cash and credit card transactions with the Front Gate POS system
• Maintaining a professional, upbeat attitude and smiling at all times
• Keeping the area clean and organized
• Understanding and providing accurate information about the event
• Treating all attendees with equal respect and sincerity
• Understanding evacuation procedures and safe refuge locations
• Reporting to Box Office Management

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service-related work experience is preferred
• Comfortable with using a computer
• Professional interaction with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner

Benefits

Insomniac offers a competitive salary range of $16.50-$19.00 per hour, with the expected compensation being $16.90 USD per hour. Additional benefits may include:

Pay

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Live Nation Entertainment will never request payment or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process. Schedule

May work in drastic temperature climates and frequently travel to work events during holidays, evenings, and weekends, as required, to meet deadlines.
