Insider Threat Program User Activity Monitor Engineer
About the role
The Insider Threat Program User Activity Monitor Engineer supports an Intelligence Community Customer in Lorton, VA. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Supports the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
- Supports UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise.
- Ensures all coverage gaps are resolved.
- Helps the ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM specific updates.
- Supports all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline.
- Supports training as directed by the customer to stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and ensure a certification program is in place for personnel development.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI.
- Bachelor's degree and (12)+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with (10)+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Prior leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
- Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
- Experience with EverFox.
