Inside Sales/Warehouse Associate

About the role

Huber Supply is a family-owned and operated industrial gas and tool company seeking a dedicated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative/Warehouse Associate.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers at the counter
• Aid on the phone and by email
• Receive, invoice, and pull customer orders
• Ship/receive UPS and freight
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Call customers, take down their order, and place the order into HSC system
• Taking customer calls for our website, tracking down orders, and placing orders in HSC system

• Knowledge of welding and industrial equipment (preferred)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Build rapport with clients and customers
• Raise available if applicant obtains a CDL with HAZMAT endorsement
• Proficiency with Excel
• Able to send and receive emails proficiently (quotes and documents will need to be sent to customers or other team members)
• Positive team-oriented attitude - most important

Requirements

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Pay: $15-19 per hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: 8 hour shift
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Licenses/Certifications: Driver's License (Required)
