Inside Sales Support Specialist

About the role

Signarama Fond du Lac is looking for a Customer Account Specialist / Front Office Administrator to join our growing, multi-location team.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers, answer phones, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sign and graphics estimates.
• Support outside sales staff with vendor quotes and purchasing for outsourced products.
• Cook up project details with design, production, and installation teams.
• Care for permits, schedules, and customer communications throughout the project.
• Oversee quality control to ensure every job meets Signarama standards.
• Aid with marketing efforts including project photos, videos, and social media ideas.
• Maintain an organized, professional front office environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, estimating, purchasing, or project coordination experience (sign industry a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn Signarama specific CRM and POS software programs.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
