Role Overview: An Inside Sales Specialist develops and maintains long-term customer partnerships within the healthcare marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, implementing programs to maximize product distribution and minimize issues.Proactively reach out to grow sales revenue and strengthen relationships.Conduct research, plan customer interactions, and tailor sales strategies to meet customer needs.Achieve sales and activity targets, monitor market conditions, and support product access and launches.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with account teams for strategic growth.Analyze reports to measure growth and develop strategies to sustain it.Perform administrative and related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in sales or pharmaceuticals.Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.Ability to interpret financial data, industry trends, and develop strategic responses.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and related tools.Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work hours aligned with customer needs.Ability to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, and collaborate effectively.
