Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
- Help support our internal team, providing a premium customer experience.
- Ensure responsive ownership, thorough knowledge of customer needs, and accurate and efficient order processing.
- Proactively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns.
- Evaluate options to ensure customers receive items when needed.
- Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistent customer attention.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years or more experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with WebEx.
- Experience with ERP systems.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is passionate about this work, who can exceed customer expectations through accuracy and expediency, provide a consistent customer experience through a thorough knowledge of processes and product lines, increase their knowledge through training, and oversee the entire order process, including cancellations.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $43,680 - $74,880
