About the role

At Statco-DSI, a subsidiary of ProMach’s Process business, we have a longstanding reputation in the industries we serve. We offer an extensive portfolio of integrated solutions in sanitary equipment, systems, design/build, engineering services and software to optimize processing line performance and deliver maximum uptime to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Help support our internal team, providing a premium customer experience.
  • Ensure responsive ownership, thorough knowledge of customer needs, and accurate & efficient order processing.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns.
  • Evaluate options to ensure customers receive items when needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistent customer attention.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years or more experience in a similar role.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
  • WebEx experience preferred.
  • ERP system experience preferred.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $43,680 - $74,880

Schedule

Full-time position.
