As an industry leader and one of the largest sanitary process equipment distributors in North America for the dairy, food, beverage and bio‑pharmaceutical industries, we operate ten sales & engineering offices throughout the United States with a national network of more than 150 sanitary process professionals. As part of our Inside Sales team you will help support our internal team, providing a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Help support the internal team, providing a premium customer experience.
- Demonstrate responsive ownership, knowledge of customer needs, and process orders accurately & efficiently.
- Make the difference for customers and the internal team on a daily basis.
- Exceed customer expectations through accuracy and expediency.
- Provide a consistent customer experience through a thorough knowledge of processes and product lines.
- Increase knowledge through training, both vendor supplied and internal.
- Oversee the entire order process, even cancellations.
- Proactively reach out to customers to understand needs or concerns.
- Seek to fill orders as quickly as possible, evaluating options to ensure customers receive items when needed.
- Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistent customer attention.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in a similar role.
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (required).
- WebEx experience (preferred).
- ERP system experience (preferred).
